The Bishops of England and Wales invite all parishes across our countries to have a period of Exposition to unite the faithful
in focusing on the Eucharist in anticipation of the Jubilee Year with renewed and deepened devotion.
This can be a Holy Hour or a period of prayer in front of the Blessed Sacrament.
Next Sunday ( 22nd June ) we have 6 candidates making their First Holy Communion. As is tradition the candidates will share a breakfast in the hall after mass. We would like those parishioners who are able to contribute to the FHC breakfast. There is a list in the porch for you to sign up to provide a specific item required. If you can bring the item you choose to the hall before mass someone will take care of them for you.

We are seeking empathetic individuals with strong listening skills who can help create a compassionate and supportive environment for priests and parish communities in need. An opportunity to give thanks for the contribution our retired clergy have made to the life of the Archdiocese. The Mass, celebrated by Canon Benedict Koledoye, will take place on Tuesday 17th June , 11am at St Joseph’s Cathedral in Swansea. All welcome

As you can see the garden at the far side of the Blessed Sacrament church has developed nicely thanks to Angela and her small team. We need more volunteers to assist us in particular with the weeding of the flower beds and also with help in the general weeding of the church grounds. If you can assist please see Stephen.
